WORST HOTEL AND PATHETIC STAFF !!

These people will literally kill to Make money if they could !! I have had the worst experience staying over at Best Western Katra .. for these people Guests are ATM , not GODs. We were very disappointed from the moment we entered with their level of service, food and overall rooms cleanliness etc.They want money for everything water , room service .. even for cleaning the rooms , if you give them money they will smile else they will serve you with a frown .. such greedy and rude people they are .. the worst of it was , we had an emergency with our 7 year old son and we had to rush him to the hospital which was 9km away .. and these buffoons refused to drive us and we were forced to find a taxi at 1am in 4 degrees chilling winter night .. these people are no less than criminals .. and running a hotel chain .. NEVER EVER VISIT THEM AGAIN .. AND FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY I WOULD ASK YOU NOT TO VISIT EITHER !!

Rooms were ok. The gentleman who checked us in categorically said last minute yatra’s to Vaishno Devi even with helicopter wont happen & so we had to just do other sightseeing around Patnitop etc. the gentleman who checked us out said he cud have easily organised for it. What a shame to having gone that far and not being able to visit the temple. Jai Mata Di🙏

It was just one night stay here at the property as I was visiting Maa Vaishno Devi. The property is at convenient location; offers drop and pick up to the starting point of Yatra to Bhawan. The rooms were clean and sufficiently big. The staff is hospitable staff and the breakfast was very good. Overall, a great value for money

We were in Katra for Ma Vaishno Devi's darshan and had a 2 nights stay at Best Western Swing High, the Hotel is located perfectly with all the good Restaurants near by and the Helipad is like 5 mins from the hotel... The best part of the hotel is the service, especially at the restaurant, special mention to Ram Verma and Naresh Singh... The really took good care of us, will certainly suggest this hotel of u visit Katra for Darshan...

The hotel is value for money and the whole staff especially Manager Mr Rainaji are very cooperative. The rooms are good, but the only thing that needs improvement is food. Have been visiting this hotel for past few years and the upkeep is good.
